In order to accomplish its mission, the Center has the following goals: to assist in introducing concepts and procedures for public policy in Kazakhstan; to conduct independent surveys; to work out alternative solutions to existing problems by organizing public forums; to provide information from all parties involved – government, society, international organizations; to assist in creating a socio-political environment in Kazakhstan, favorable to democratic reforms; and to create a training center to become a source of reference on issues of public policy in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
